Monthly Credit Statements
Will I receive a monthly Activity statement of my accounts?
Yes, you will receive a monthly statement that will reflect your scheduled payments from A New Horizon. It will show a breakdown of payments to each creditor and your balances. You will also continue to receive statements from your credit card companies as well. Please refer to the statements you receive from your creditors for exact balances and interest rates. A New Horizon does not get to see your monthly statements from your creditors, so it is up to you to keep track of this. The information you receive from A New Horizon will be estimates only.
Will I still receive statements form my creditors?
Yes. You will continue to receive statements from your credit card companies as well. Please refer to the statements you receive from your creditors for exact balances and interest rates. A New Horizon does not get to see your monthly statements from your creditors, so it is up to you to keep track of this. The information you receive from A New Horizon will be estimates only. It is important to keep both statements for your own personal records.
The only reason you would stop receiving statements from your creditors is if a creditor has written off your account.
What do I do if my statements reflect late charges or the same interest rate?
It may take between 1 to 3 billing cycles before your creditors stop any of the late charges or lower the interest rates. However, please contact A New Horizon’s Customer Service Department regarding any questions you have about your statements, so that they are able to follow up on this for you.
